Aaron brings over a decade of senior HR leadership across private equity, regulated industries, and public sector organisations. He has led HR transformation programmes across national and global territories, managed large-scale HRIS migrations for workforces of 1,500+, and provided specialist TUPE and M&A integration support across Ireland and the UK. He currently holds fractional CPO roles with two growing organisations while leading complex HR technology and transformation engagements for clients across healthcare, PE, and professional services.
