Client andStakeholder Data

Where we process employee data on behalf of a client, we act as a data processor and the client remains the data controller. In those circumstances, processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

We use personal data only for legitimate business purposes. The table below sets out our key processing activities and the lawful basis for each.

Data Sharing

We require all third parties to respect the security of personal data and to treat it in accordance with applicable data protection law.

International Transfers

A1HR Consulting is based in and operates primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we use tools or service providers that may transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, before any transfer takes place.

Data Retention

Where we act as a data processor on behalf of a client, retention is governed by the client's own retention schedule.

Data Security

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and, where required, inform affected individuals without undue delay.
